Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products and for the protection of all our customers, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns. Please review the following categories of items that are non-returnable and not eligible for a refund:
  • Used Items. We cannot accept returns on any used products, even if they have been cleaned. 
  • Hygienic & Consumable Goods. For health and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale once opened or if the factory seal is broken:
    • Mouthpieces, tips, and dabbing tools.
    • Rolling papers, wraps, and filters.
  • Perishable Items. Cleaning solutions, butane, lighters (once filled),cannot be returned due to hazardous material shipping regulations.
  • Glassware & Fragile Art. Items such as glass pipes, bongs, or rigs are considered final sale once they leave the store, except in cases of shipping damage reported within [3] hours of delivery with photo proof.
  • Sale & Promotional Items. Any items purchased on clearance, during a promotional event, or as part of a "Mystery Box" are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards. These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Limited Exceptions for Defects
While we do not offer "change of mind" returns for the items above, we do provide support for the following:

Manufacturer Defects (Electronics): Electronic devices (e.g., vaporizers) may be eligible for return or exchange within [X] days of purchase if they suffer from a documented manufacturing defect (such as battery failure or screen malfunction). This does not cover physical damage, water damage, or "burnt" coils due to improper use.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
